We saw that the website also stated " CitizenDetroit is a community engagement initiative established to educate, engage and mobilize residents to fully participate in the restructuring of city services, restoration of confidence in city government, and renaissance of the citys neighborhoods and businesses." It also said " Currently there are no events. City of Detroit Official Website." The header had Wayne State University as the highest ranking optimized keyword. This keyword is followed by wayne.edu, Wayne, and State which isn't as urgent as Wayne State University. The other words citizendetroit.org used was University. Detroit is included but might not be understood by search parsers.
